Questions from fitness and yoga studios
Does it know how many spaces are left in a class?
It books into a calendar, so it does not track class capacity. Many studios use it for trial classes, tours and consultations, where a calendar slot is enough, and let members book regular classes in their usual app.
Does it work with Mindbody, Glofox or Wodify?
It has no direct link to those apps today. It books into Google Calendar and Outlook and works with Cal.com and Calendly, and other tools connect through Zapier, Make and n8n.
Can it sign people up for memberships?
It answers questions and books a visit or a call with your team, where the sign-up happens. It does not take payments over the phone.
Can I use it as a personal trainer?
Yes. Many solo trainers use one agent and one phone number to book consultations while they are with a client. Pay as you go has no monthly fee.
Will callers know it is an AI?
Yes. It says so in its first sentence on every call, and it will tell anyone who asks. It never pretends to be a person.
How much does it cost for a studio or gym?
Pay as you go is $0.20 a minute with no monthly fee. A busier gym can use Small ($59 a month, 300 minutes included) or Medium ($249 a month, 1,500 minutes included). Each phone number is $1 a month, and the first 60 minutes are free.
