Price, size, availability and viewing times, from the details you give it for each property. It says so when it does not know something, and takes a message instead of guessing.
Books viewings

Budget, timeline, whether the caller is buying or renting, and whether they have finance in place. The answers go straight into the summary.

How does it know about my listings?
You add the details of each listing as answers, such as price, size, availability and viewing times. It only says what you have given it, and takes a message about anything else.
Can it qualify buyers and renters?
Yes. You choose the questions, such as budget, timeline and whether they are buying or renting, and the answers appear in the summary and in your CRM.
Does it connect to the MLS or listing portals?
No, it has no direct link to listing portals today. Calls can be logged in your CRM and reach other tools through Zapier, Make and n8n.
Can a team of agents use it?
Yes. Agencies use several agents and numbers, with team roles for the people who manage them. The Medium plan includes 5 agents, 5 phone numbers and 15 team members.
Will callers know it is an AI?
Yes. It says so in its first sentence on every call, and it will tell anyone who asks. It never pretends to be a person.
How much does it cost for an agency?
Pay as you go is $0.20 a minute with no monthly fee. A busy agent can use Small ($59 a month, 300 minutes included), and an agency can use Medium ($249 a month, 1,500 minutes included). Each phone number is $1 a month, and the first 60 minutes are free.
